Franklin Carriage House offers private studio apartments with supportive services from a dedicated caring staff that respects your independence and dignity.

We provide residents with three home-cooked meals a day, as well as evening snacks. Additional services provided by Franklin Carriage House staff include room cleaning and laundry services as part of Franklin Carriage House's affordable housing package.
Residents have the privacy of their own apartments with the security of not being alone.
Beautiful common areas offer opportunities for organized activities, as well as informal companionship and gatherings.
Personal care services are provided by Franklin County Home Health and/or private care givers in the area.
