Additionally, each of Franklin Homestead's two residential floors has communal areas for relaxing alone or with your neighbors. At Franklin Homestead's ground level, the FELCO Room is available for gatherings and events.

For a small fee, Franklin Homestead residents can purchase homemade lunches, made fresh each day in the kitchen at Franklin Carriage House.
