​​​Franklin Homestead offers a wide variety of apartment configurations and sizes, as well as apartments set aside for households across a wide variety of income brackets.

 

Market rate rents (Homestead 2026)

One bedroom apartments: $737 - $1,046

Two bedroom apartments: $1,336

Some of our apartments are subsidized through Vermont State Housing Authority. With a subsidy,

● The Tenant Portion of the Rent is based on 30% of the household’s adjusted income (AGI) calculated by Vermont State Housing Authority (VSHA) and VSHA pays the remaining balance of the rent.

Rent includes utilities, basic cable, parking, free laundry facilities, shared living spaces including a living room with a fireplace and a screened in porch, and beautifully landscaped outdoor living spaces.

 

Prices at Franklin Homestead and Carriage House are subject to change.
